My daughter is 100% committed to caring for our Earth and the animals and people on it. We recently learned about bees and our family decided to create a wildflower garden that bees would love. That inspired us to create these recycled paper DIY wildflower seed bombs as part of our Kind Kids Club – to beautify our community and help save the bees. Get this fun, kid-friendly DIY just in time for Earth Day and Spring gardening!
My kids are really getting into our Kind Kids Club each month. While I know it’s dumping snow on our friends up north (thanks Stella), we’re all sunshine and blue skies here in Arizona. More and more of our days are spent outside before it’s too hot to enjoy it. This past week, the temps have been in the mid 80’s already!
It’s Spring Break for my oldest kiddo this week, so we took this time off from school to do something kind for our community. A while back, I stumbled upon the Rainbow Rock Project on Instagram and I loved the idea. I knew my rainbow loving girlie would enjoy this project.
It’s the second month of our Kind Kids Club and it’s perfect timing because tomorrow, February 17th 2017 is “Random Acts of Kindness Day”. This is a good opportunity to help our kids spread a little extra kindness. You know the saying “Throw kindness around like confetti”. That’s our goal with these FREE printable kindness cards.
