When it comes to St. Patrick’s Day it’s all about GREEN. Green drinks are a must for any St. Patty’s Day celebration. While green beer is a fun tradition, our Lucky Leprechaun punch is perfect for kids and adults! The floating shamrocks are a hit (and edible!)

Once the adults serve themselves they can have the option to spike their punch with our green apple vodka that we made the other day. Because when you’re Irish, or Irish for the day, you gotta drink, right?!

Lucky Leprechaun Punch

  • 6 cups cold water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 package Jolly Rancher Green Apple Gelatin
  • 1 6 oz can pineapple juice, chilled
  • 2, 12 oz cans of Sprite, chilled
  • 1, 16 oz bottles of Green Apple Sunny D, chilled
  • Jolly Rancher Vodka if desired
  • Green apple for garnish

In a large punch bowl stir together the water and sugar until dissolved. Add in the gelatin, pineapple juice, Sprite and Green Apple Sunny D. Stir to combine. If this is for an adult party, feel free to add in some Jolly Rancher vodka straight to your punch bowl. Serve it on the side if you want to keep the punch kid-friendly.

And now for the cutest part! To create floating clovers make thin slices on a green apple and use a clover cookie cutter to cut clover shapes.

Float some clovers in your punch and use others as garnish on your cup. If you’re using them as garnish, dip these in sprite for a few minutes to keep them from browning.

The punch is a fun bright green color perfect for St. Patrick’s Day!
